Research and tools on the role of AI in the labour market and inclusive job matching.
Finding work is not only about qualifications or vacancies. It is also about whether people recognise themselves in certain roles, whether others recognise their potential, and how opportunities are communicated and understood. This website brings together research, tools, and outputs on how AI may shape these processes — influencing how people see themselves, how they are seen by others, and how information about work is presented, framed, and made more relevant to different people. In doing so, it explores how AI may support more inclusive labour markets.
Across this website you will find the tools we have built, the research underpinning them, and the people and organisations involved.

AI-powered voice interview for strengths discovery and career guidance.
Talent Talk AI is an interactive chatbot that guides users through a structured conversation about their interests, skills, and motivations in relation to work. At the end of the conversation, users receive a Talent ID: a personalised report that brings together what emerged from the interaction and offers a starting point for reflection on work, potential, and fit.
Talent Talk AI is designed to help make potential more visible, especially in contexts where people may not easily recognise themselves as fitting a job, or where their potential may not be immediately recognised by others.
